- The product is in its original factory condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged after delivery.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included.
- The return request is made within 48 hours of the original delivery time.

Contact our Customer Support Team: Reach out to our customer support team through our website or by emailing info@arabvape.com or if you are a registered user then you can create a support ticket from user’s dashboard, Provide your order number and a detailed description and images of the reason for the return.
B. Case ID: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Case ID number and instructions on how to proceed.
C. Package the Items: Securely package the items to be returned, ensuring that all original accessories and packaging are included.
D. Return: Prepare the package to be collected by courier at the Time Agreed Upon in the Email, provided along with the Case ID number. whoever responsible for the issue will be liable for the delivery fees or you can visit our main branch located in Tubli (location map).
3. Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If the items are approved, we will proceed with the processing of your return.
- Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 Working days after the approval of the return. Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the refund is due to our error or product defects..
